Privacy Policy

Cinna Games Studio ("we", "us") provides Donuts Jam, a mobile puzzle game for iOS and Android. This policy explains what information the game and the services it uses handle, and the choices you have.

Information handled by the game

The game saves your progress, lives, in-game currency (diamonds), and preferences on your device so you can continue playing. The game does not require an account. It does not ask for your name, precise location, contacts, or photos.

In-app purchases

Donuts Jam offers optional in-app purchases of in-game currency and offers. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your payment card or billing details. We receive confirmation that a purchase was completed so the game can deliver the item. Apple or Google may process your information under their own policies.

Advertising

Donuts Jam shows optional rewarded video ads, for example to earn bonus diamonds or extra help. Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), a mediation service that may request ads from partner networks such as Google AdMob and Unity Ads.

When an ad is requested or shown, these services may collect or receive:

• device and advertising identifiers (such as the iOS Identifier for Advertisers, IDFA, if you allow tracking, or the Android Advertising ID),
• approximate location inferred from your network connection (IP address),
• device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language, and app version,
• ad interactions and diagnostic or performance information.

This information is used to deliver and measure ads, show ads that are more relevant to you when you allow it, prevent fraud, keep the services secure, and analyze performance. Data sent by these SDKs is encrypted in transit. The advertising partners process this data under their own privacy policies.

Tracking and your choices

• iOS: the game asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before it uses the IDFA. If you decline, ads can still be shown but are not personalized using that identifier. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Android: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in your device's Google settings.
• EEA, UK and similar regions: where required by law, ad personalization depends on your consent, which you can give or withdraw through the consent options provided by the advertising services.

We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Donuts Jam is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Ads are configured to avoid mature content. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will help remove it.

Support emails

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request and keep the conversation only as long as reasonably needed for support. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence.

Retention and your rights

Game data stays on your device, and you can remove it by deleting the app. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, or to object to its processing. Because we do not hold an account or profile for you, most data handled by advertising and store services is held by those providers. Changes

If we change how the game handles information, for example by adding new services or features, we will update this page and the privacy information in the app stores before those changes take effect. The effective date above shows the latest version.
